I am a real estate agent in the valley and I get notes from my clients thanking me for a pleasant and successful purchase or home sale. But I just finished a transaction with Lisa as the other agent and I want to tell her future clients how impressed I was with her integrity and perseverance in this transaction. We had many extraordinary hurdles in this particular deal, but Lisa just kept moving forward. She tirelessly found solutions to problems, constantly communicated with everyone and ultimately kept this deal from going sideways. I am so grateful for this. Both of our clients were thrilled to be able to acquire the homes they had set out for. In my years of experience, unfortunately there are times when deals go awry because the agents involved give up, don’t communicate or don’t follow through.
